Kurekodu was formed in April 2006 to pass on its Directors experience and insight in the Baltic property market to investors.
The management team entered the Estonian property market in 1999 and have since built a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties, significantly outperforming market average yields and return on capital.
Kurekodu offer fee-based advice and guidance, acting wholly on behalf of their clients. Kurekodu suggest only properties which would be considered for their own portfolio, and offer wholly independant advice with no commissions from constructors.
Dianne Ferry, MA Dianne is an Estonian national who moved into residential property investment as secured borrowing became available to Estonians in the late 1990s. She manages a residential portfolio on Estonian capital Tallinn and the seaside town of Pärnu, and has built an extensive network of local expertise, tradespeople and a deep working knowledge of the local market. Dianne is a keen marathon runner and is involved in several organisations promoting trade and cultural links between Estonia and Scotland, and divides her time between Edinburgh and Tallinn. | Peter Ferry, MSc Alongside several years as an IT Executive in the UK Banking sector, Peter brings 7 years experience in UK commercial property investment. Peter is an enthusiastic student of the Estonian language. Annika Haavisto, MBA Annika is a successful serial entrepeneur based in Tallinn. Having established several successful business ventures she moved into the Estonian real estate sector in 2005. Annika brings excellent links with Estonian construction companies and many years business management experience to Kurekodu's Estonian operations. |
